2. What we provide

SparkOps provides AI-powered lead capture, qualification, and appointment booking software for HVAC businesses. We provide the platform — you are responsible for how you use it with your customers.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at christopher@sparkops.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SparkOps for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, to harass individuals, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of liability

SparkOps is provided as is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
